When it comes to apartment maintenance, It is top-notch because when we (my family) put in a request, the maintenance worker will respond and be on top of it, usually the same day or the next day. I would say the front office staff is the best and friendly. I also love how it is located next to a lake (it's pretty cool to see the ducks and iguanas walking around.) and it is across Welleby Park, which is a nice park to go to. Another reason I love this complex is because it is decent and well-kept.
