Wesley called ahead to confirm. He was early for the appointment. He was professional, funny, and clearly confident about all aspects of the job. He was pleasant about the difficult access. He offered advice when asked and I trusted his advice. The job was done quickly and the clean-up was thorough. This is the type of experience we hope for when a repair or replacement is required.
