  Want to send a HUGE thanks to our installer Matt Hoffman for his fantastic service, professionalism, and absolute expertise restoring our desperate need for hot water! Matt clearly takes pride in his work and ensuring every detail is addressed while being supremely organized and efficient. There's simply no replacing experience. Thank you Matt for doing such an amazing job installing our new water heater!!!

  I am beyond pleased that I chose Water Heaters Only to replace our water heater. We had a very scary incident the night before (fire dept. and PGE came out!). I called W.H.O the next morning and they sent Matt Hoffman out. He arrived exactly when he said he would, inspected and looked things over, explained what was wrong and possible solutions. I decided to have it replaced. He did an excellent job in a very reasonable amount of time. I trusted the job was going to be done correctly and it was. I highly recommend this company for your water heater needs.

  Outstanding service. Water heater went out on Sunday. They were able to get one of their installers out Sunday afternoon. Got a new water heater installed. Couldn’t be more pleased. Price was reasonable..

  Matt was our technician and did a fabulous job. He was knowledgeable and friendly and completed in stalling our water heater in a timely manner.

  Called on the phone about getting a thermopile replaced for my water heater. The lady used scare tactics to try and upsell a whole water heater replacement by implying that my unit was under under recall (which it was not) and could be a fire hazard and they would not repair it. Pretty shady……
