  I had been shopping for a Doxa online but found the W.O.S. location in the area that is an authorized dealer. I worked with Zack to aquire the exact model I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and attentive during the process. I highly recommend both W.O.S. and Zack.

  Purchased a watch from Zack! Zack took his time with me and we went through all the features that I was looking for. This was a gift for my wife and Zack made sure to show me all my options. After I settled on one, this store didn’t have in stock. Zack called their other locations and was able to locate it and get it shipped in. Their pricing was fair and Zack made it happen. Zack gift wrapped it and made it a perfect surprise for my wife! It was much appreciated and I will return if I’m in the market, again! Thanks, Zack!

  I was in the market for a Doxa Sub 200T, and Watches of Switzerland was the logical choice being an authorized dealer. I wasn’t sure about the case size, so went in to try some on. Zack provided a great experience, patiently letting me go through several models before deciding on one. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock at the store, but they were able to source one quickly (actually overnight shipped from another store). The store is bright, clean, and I never felt pressured to purchase.

  I would describe myself as a watch enthusiast. Until Watches of Switzerland came to the Ross Park mall, I had only seen stores of its type on work travel to Miami. It's great that we have one in Pittsburgh now. I went in for a few visits just to look around, and there was no pressure. Eventually I went in with a little more focus on the Omega offerings, feeling that I would like to get a speedmaster. I had a perfectly positive experience with Zack over the course of several visits where he joyfully toured me through the offerings of Omega. When it came to trying on and eventually fitting the watch, he was extremely accommodating to a physical disability I have which means that I can't manipulate the watch myself. He helped me with it on and off with no awkwardness at all. It may be a specific scenario, but if you need that kind of assistance without being made to feel uncomfortable, you'll be fine here. I also have a watch currently in for service and Colin has been very helpful with the process. I haven't gotten it back yet, but based on the communication and feedback thus far,I'm extremely confident that I will be happy with the repair as well.
