  Do not buy a watch from them!! I bought a 10k watch from them, soon after the watch stopped working. I took the watch back for repair. They told us it would take 4-12 weeks to repair the watch. It has now been over 5 months, they say they have no information on when the watch will be done, and are now saying that it could be a minimum of 6 months to get it repaired. Do not buy from this store or company. When buying a luxury watch from a luxury retailer, the retailer should stand behind their product. Watches of Switzerland clearly does not. Go elsewhere.

  I had a great experience at Watches of Switzerland thanks to Malachi. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk me through a wide variety of timepieces and answering every question I had. His expertise and professionalism made the process enjoyable and stress-free. I ultimately went home with a beautiful Omega Speedmaster, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend asking for Malachi if you’re in the market for a new watch!
