  My wife and I visited last week and had an outstanding experience. I’m new to watches and looking to start a collection I can one day pass down to my sons. Mohamed was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and attentive — he took the time to walk us through the collections and made the visit both welcoming and informative. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the manager on duty and immediately offered coffee or a drink, which set a welcoming tone. Phil and the manager were both incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, providing detailed information and guidance throughout my visit. Their expertise and genuine hospitality made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I am truly grateful to Phil and the rest of the team for giving me the opportunity to own a classic timepiece that I will cherish for years to come. I initially began working with Kelvin, who went above and beyond to make me feel valued and kept me informed throughout the entire process with complete transparency. As a passionate watch enthusiast, I was able to find some amazing pieces for both my wife and myself while expressing my interest in a few of my dream Rolex models. I knew these pieces were highly sought after, so I remained patient — and I’m glad I did. After about six months, I received a call from Adela letting me know that my dream watch was finally available. I couldn’t believe it!
