Very caring staff and doctor in a difficult time! Testimonials : 1. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. 2. Great place! Dr. Fisher was terrific in explaining the issue then gave us several options. No pressure to hurry , very patient and time to think about our choices. True animal lovers but thoughtful of the owners too. It's a ten minute drive out of Carson but it is much better priced than anyone in Carson. Won't go anywhere else now!!

- APAerial Response PointAug 17, 20252.0There are a few reasons for the 2-star rating. We arrived for our appointment and were left waiting in the room for a very long time. The vet came in, said hello, spoke briefly, and then stepped out. Forty minutes later the tech returned and was ready for us to leave without anyone ever addressing the issue we came in for. Because it was close to 5:00, they told us it would be done at the next visit, yet we were still charged full price for essentially nothing. What was most concerning was that the tech believed the exam had been completed when it hadn’t. That lack of attention to detail is troubling. An apology for the oversight would also have gone a long way, but none was offered. The staff are nice, but I love my animals and I value my money. Unfortunately, both felt like they were treated with indifference here.
