  Even though Washers and more did operate in my area, Gina was amazing ! Gina spent over 30 min with me, educating me on how to correctly load my washer and even troubleshot with me regarding my washer's problems!! This company has AMAZING customer service. Thank you, Gina.

  My daughter's soccer shin guard got jammed in our dryer's drum, causing the dryer to make a horrible, screeching, metal-on-metal sound. Called Washers and More on Friday afternoon, right before Memorial Day weekend. They said the soonest they could get to me was Tuesday morning. Uh, yeah! Of course! I was not expecting a holiday weekend dryer repair — I was THRILLED they said they could come out Tuesday. Wayne showed up exactly when he said he would, he went to work, 30 minutes and 160 bucks later, he told me my dryer was running good as new. AWESOME. I was thinking the jam burned out the motor and we'd need a new dryer. But Wayne fixed it right up at a ridiculously reasonable price. And reminded me that things like shin guards need to be inside mesh laundry bags if you're gonna put them in the dryer. Anything else ever breaks in our house — I'm calling Wayne.
