This Hotel charges abusive fees. Even though I had payed my stay in advance I was charged a “Facility Fee”. ($25,00+4,35$ Tax/Night) upon arrival. Just for the use of the gym (which I did not use) and the coffee machine in the room. Additionally my room did not have a minibar, I had to request it to the front desk. The room was big which was very nice but all the furniture was stained which was a bit gross. The rooms aren’t also sound proof, so you will hear all the sirens throughout the night since there is an hospital nearby. The only good thing about the Hotel is the location. But there are lots of hotels in the neighbourhood.

The building looks cool and the location is great. The rooms are clean but very small. The AC is not getting cold, not even when the temp is set to 59. The hotel staff is not very friendly and the waiting times voor valet and the frontdesk are long. What they did not mention is that they will charge a additional fee of 25$ a day (30$ including tax). When mentioning it at checkout the answer was “it’s somewhere on our website”. So not friendly. However now comes the stunning part. Besides the fee they will charge 2$ per bag for storage, wow. The service of this Warwick is not what I’m used to. I’ve seen (unfortunately after staying) many reviews regarding the not disclosed fee’s. I would not recommend the hotel based on our experience. Ps: I do not appreciate any non sincere, standard replies form the hotel nor managent.

Decent hotel, well maintained and clean, spacious rooms. The location is amazing. The service, however, was below my expectations. Front desk - not the most friendly, I waited 20 min to be able to find the bell boy to store my bag until check in time. Even trying to get my invoice has proven to be impossible - i have called and e-mailed several times, no response.

Had the weirdest experience with this place, stayed for two nights with my wife,we went out to explore our second day, left the privacy sign on the door upon leaving,we were out all day, after coming back we noticed that someone was in the room till we were gone, couple of things were moved around and the wall against the sink in the bathroom was covered in hairs that weren’t ours, talked to two different front desk clerks and i was assured a manager is gonna reach out first thing in the morning,it’s been three days since we checked out no one has reached, did sent an email as well guess what no response, simply no one cares! Be careful booking there you might find some surprises like we did, never again! Absolutely terrible and disgusting! Update : Got in touch with the front desk manager appointed in the owner’s response to my review and i was promised a refund for the inconvenience,15 days are past and she did not even bothered to email me again ,as someone who manages businesses in hospitality ,this is just funny im not even mad this place and it’s employees are just embarrassment to the customer service field! Keep up the good work!
