- JSJohn Sheldon4 days ago1.0Disappointed! Company has a call center and booked the appointment. The day of said they had to reschedule and it would be 2 weeks for a simple garbage disposal. Called the local company that answered their own phone and I believe this is going to be a much better option! There are still customers that deal with phone calls and hand shakes!
- MHMax HohenbergerSep 4, 20253.0Ward Plumbing Heating and Air's quality of service and timely response were 5 Star worthy. However, this premium service came at a price that was 1 Star worthy. Over $1,100 to repair a water leak in 1" PVC pipe/fittings over a 24" total end-to-end length of fittings/pipe and to replace a burnt pressure switch identified while final checking for leaks associated with the same water well at the same time. I would suggest getting a 2nd quote before scheduling any needed service when feasible so that you have a chance to make a more informed decision.

I’ve dealt with many companies and employees over the years here in WNC, and I have to say this was one of my best experiences.
