  At first, they were helpful with allowing us a grace period to move into the property. However, although, there were two weeks of vacancy between tenets, the property had not been touched. Things were broken off the walls, the place was extremely filthy, no paint touch ups were attempted. We were highly disappointed in the way the property was left and what we had to move into. There was no follow up regarding the move in process and instructions. I will add that although this should had been move in ready, the maintenance team was prompt with addressing these issues. As far as the cleaning, Walters and Company should pay the cleaning crew based on the condition of the property. It does not make sense to pay every property the same because this property needed so much more attention and it left the cleaning crew doing extra unpaid labor. Walters was not willing to pay what was needed to make it look presentable.

  Jeremy and Colin were very professional, and very skilled at what they do. They were kind and polite and helpful. They couldn't have been better. We will definitely use this service again, and we will be requesting Jeremy and Colin!

  Absolute professionalism in every way. Whether you own a property or rent a property that Walter's manages - you can expect an amazing experience. They take care of owners and tenants the same which is why so many of their tenants rent for multiple years. Cannot recommend Walters & Co. enough!
