    Always dependable for a pork bbq fix. Be aware that the 'lunch menu' items may not include the yummy jalapeno cornbread, so ask first. Top notch food!

    Tasty ribs. We ordered the baby back and chicken combo. Ribs were great but thicken was dry. Still good but seemed to have been cooked a few days ago and just heated up. Try for yourself it was good but not what i like as chicken i expect a juicy white meat. Great service and fast.

    The chicken was good. Corn nuggets were great. Mac and cheese was tasty. Service was good and portions were large. Was very satisfied with my meal. The only thing that wasn’t any good was the beef brisket. It was dry and didn’t have much flavor. Edible for sure but just not overly good. Overall happy with my experience at Wally’s though.

    My wife and I were in Port Charlotte today around lunch time and decided to give Wally's Southern Style BBQ a try and are we glad we did! Our server, Caitlyn, was friendly, on the ball and knew everything about the menu. My wife had the ribs and I had the rib tips, both from the lunch menu and it was just the right amount of food. Both the ribs and the rib tips had just the right amount of smoke flavor and done to perfection! The coleslaw was a generous portion and was excellent and they serve a unique style of potato called Okie Spuds - I'd come back just for them. We have had a lot of barbeque in our travels and Wally's is right up there with the best we have had!

    Brisket very tender tasty and a nice size serving.Pulled pork a very good size serving very good and you can taste the smoke flavor!garlic toast was an amazing suprise.when pulled apart it was real garlic buttered!Onion strings excellent.Honey bbq sauce very good.Sweet potato fries excellent.Highly recomended!
