  This is the second time I've had a great experience. The first time was 3 years ago. Our outside unit went out and the tech was quick to pinpoint a burned out capacitor. The second time was recently. I had them do a second opinion after our attic unit froze up. I was told by another company that the system had a coolant leak and that I needed a new unit, and because mine was old and it was more efficient to replace both units. He spent about 2 minutes in the attic, come down and told me the news, then proceeded to give me options and pricing for a new unit. Ruben, after spending about the same amount of time in the attic, said that there was not a leak, and that he was going to do a pressure check to confirm. After more professional troubleshooting than the first guy, he found the problem and fixed it. Thank you, Ruben!

  We had a leak in our AC unit and had an AC tech from another company come out to the property to take a look at what the problem was. The tech gave us the estimate and one of the repairs that were needed was to clean the drain lines and so they did. Then, we noticed that the pan under one of the lines was getting rusty and we needed that to be changed, so our management company recommended Waller County Electric to have them do the work. They went to our property, and they once again clean the drain lines without asking us first if it was ok to proceed. I called Waller County, and the owner answered, when I told him what happened he tried to flip the blame on the other company and me, instead of looking at the issue more deeply or reimburse us the money that they charge us. He also told me that he will not any future jobs on my property because of my complaint. I think this was unethical in their part. I'm glad that I'm not doing any more business with them. Be careful with their practices.

  These folks are extremely professional and do an excellent job and are also just nice folks !
