  Extremely rude and unprofessional store. I brought in a ring to sell expecting around 15% of what I paid. Instead I was told, presumably by the owner, that I “should have thought of the purchase as a trailer home” and I “have pictures not paintings.” This was followed by an absurd lowball offer. I would highly recommend avoiding this business. I know I will never spend a dime here.

  Got my ring resized easy through them. Very cautious because I didn't know what to expect. The guy gave me different options and asked good questions.Took the ring in at 1030 and was done at 3. Only thing is there was a jewel that fell out of band during cleaning due to resizing the band but he replaced it back in. So overall good service. Now I get to show off my new engagment ring!

  Just picked up a wall clock that was dropped off in September to be fixed and still not fixed. Fella told me he had it fixed then it quit. Right then i knew he was blowing smoke.Called two weeks ago. Was told they had not started on it yet. Took around 10 to even find it. Took the clock put it on the car seat started to chime.

  Walkers N Daughters misrepresents their diamonds. They are in fact NOT an authorized Hearts On Fire dealer.
