  Jerry helped me with a recent project of mine that honestly had alot of aspects. I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Walker's. He made sure my wife and I's concerns we're heard and taken care of. LVP, Carpet, Tile, or Rugs it doesn't matter this company gets it done with excellent service!

  Customer service was top-notch. From my very first interaction, Dante and Jerry set themselves apart with their commitment to customer satisfaction. The office staff provided a welcoming, knowledgeable presence—exactly the kind of guidance you hope to find when making an important investment in your home. Jerry, in particular, impressed me with his thoughtful yet decisive approach. He took the time to understand my expectations and offered clear, actionable advice on how to streamline the process. It’s rare to encounter someone so considerate and efficient, and it made the entire experience refreshingly straightforward. I was also pleased to learn that Walkers Flooring is now a Costco Premier Dealer and Installer. This partnership is a testament to their dedication to quality and integrity—Costco’s standards are famously rigorous, and Walkers Flooring’s inclusion speaks volumes about their reliability and craftsmanship. While I can’t yet speak to the finished installation or the long-term performance of the product, I can say that the value and specifications offered are impressive. If the product lives up to the exceptional service I received, I’ll be a very satisfied customer.

  Called Walker's flooring regarding two vinyl floor planks that moved. Asked if they did repairs, was told yes. Within an hour two gentlemen showed up and were able to fix quickly. Below are the before and after pictures. I would highly recommend if you need any floor repairs. They did a great job. Thanks for coming on short notice.

  We had walker flooring install our wood flooring in our house and they did amazing but unfortunately I have lost all faith in this company when I had them install my carpet in my house. Promises were made and NEVER followed through on. A lot of fingers were pointed back and forth on both sides. I was promised that they would have it done in two days because I was having things done after them and I needed them out of my house so I could have photos taken two days later. They took 4 days to finish disrupting the lady who had to take photos of my house. They were supposed to replace the baseboards in my house and then touch up paint where they had ripped it off ( I was even nice enough to leave paint for them to do it) and proceeded to put the baseboards on and not touch up the paint they ripped off. I was told they would come back and fix the paint but they NEVER came back. I was also told that they would clean up their mess since I had just had my house cleaned. They cleaned up most of it but I had to come behind them and finish cleaning up the mess they left. Every time I called the owner of this place he was nice about everything but NEVER followed through with what he said he would do. Unfortunately everything that was said was either said in person or over the phone. Apparently I should have gotten everything in writing so I could hold this company accountable for what was promised or said. I’ve lost all respect for this company and will not be returning to have any work done by this company ever again and I will tell people to choose a different company if they need flooring or carpets done.

  We have had a great experience with Walkers Flooring! Working with Dante and Jerry was a breeze as we have added wood flooring in areas and new carpet in the bedrooms. We had the primary walk in shower redone, Skip did a beautiful tile installation! All of the installation teams did such a great job! We are so very happy with how everything Walkers Flooring has done at our home, great job by all!
