  Checked on my stuff and EVERYTHING is covered in mold. We wanted climate and humidity control to prevent this. We've literally lost everything in our unit because of this. This is everything my household owns. Almost 5k of belongings gone, and no one will answer the damn phone. IF YOU RENT HERE CHECK YOUR STUFF ASAP!

  The owner, I believe his name was John, was super nice and helpful when we were moving our stuff in! He has wonderful customer service. The facility is super clean, updated, and has a very clean restroom. Added bonus, there’s water fountains for when you need something to drink after moving all that stuff in. Super thrilled we picked this place to store our stuff for a bit in between houses. He also sells locks on site for the same price you’d pay at Home Depot. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
