It seems these people only prefer to help those with easy, more tolerable conditions. If you take their BS and play their emotional games, you'll probably find reasonable help. Unfortunately for those of us suffering from complex psychologicap disorders, they are not the right fit. Its the front desk staff you have to tiptoe around, they are woefully under trained and ill supervised, and when left to their own accords will shun you, resulting in an unsafe/unpleasant atmosphere for everyone involved. Also, after having fired them myself, one of the female dogs at the front desk decided to find me on facebook and must have accidentally hit the friend request button. So if you like having staff members who ignor HIPA laws to violate your privacy then these are the people to go see for help.
When confronted about their behavior, attitude and unwillingness to help, their only reply was that I could go somewhere else. Nice way to address the problems.
They also purport to have social workers available to help with disability claims, although when I was in desperate need of said assistance they were unable to help.
I have trouble finding anything good to say, about them to justify their one star. The psych Emily is very good at her job if you can get past the gatekeepers. Julie the therapist is average. Plus the place reeks of institutionalism.
Good riddance.
Cheers
