Absolutely wonderful staff who clearly love all the dogs and love training them. My son's dog Bear is extremely energetic. He went through the board-in training. Angel and staff worked with Bear and made it fun and effective. Bear is still active but can calm himself and really listens and wants to please. Bear loves going to daycare and LOVES training. Waggles daycare and training is worth EVERY penny!! We are truly amazed how great the training works and how much they all love the dogs, whether it's in daycare, boarding or training! HIGHLY recommend Waggles!!!!!

It's always nerve wracking when you're traveling and have to leave your dog at a new kennel. My dog stayed for 3 nights at waggles for the 1st time this past weekend. I loved getting the short video of her having a great time. They wore her out and she's been sleeping for hours since we picked her up. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, and I know I can bring my dog back and she'll be safe there.

So... I called this place with highest hopes of their 5 star rating and had a, what I thought, was a delightful and informative call. But it ended with half-hearted responses, having me go through the motions of getting my dogs information in, just for them to tell me they wouldn't take new clients that are out of state. I called yesterday to try to get our two pitty mixes boarded for the 4th of July weekend. We started having the new client information conversation, and they were very nice and courteous on the phone. Then, we got into their temperment. I shared that one of my dogs get nervous and shy around people and can shrink away when he feels uncomfortable/unsafe. This is where the conversation took a turn. All of a sudden, they're proposing a "better suited" boarding facility to put them in, and trying to gently back out on having us commit. I then asked if it would be fair for them to at least do a social evaluation to physically see if they may be a good fit. She says sure, of course! We set up the date and time and in my mind we are all good to go. Then, they still try to fade away. They said a confirmation email was to come within the hour. It never came until the next day. They requested vaccination records, which was sent AFTER the confirmation date and time. The whole day goes by, and she calls me to tell me, "I'm so sorry, but we don't take new clients from out of state". I have never heard of boarding places that do not allow out of state clients. This is not written in their policy. We would have MUCH rather you guys nipped it in the bud and rejected us outright for the "emotional problems," instead of lying about not accepting out of state clients. A kind suggestion is not a clear rejection. If it truly is a policy, please update your website.

Such a wonderful group of people taking great care in what they do! It’s such a relief to know how trustworthy this establishment is! My dog absolutely loves it and goes 3 times a week!
