Sasha visits fairly regularly for grooming. Today, she participated in the half a day of daycare that is included. She also took back to school photos. Omg! So adorable! Jordan is a great groomer. Pricing is reasonable.

We have been taking our dog to Waggin' Tails for years now.
It's clear the staff love animals and they've always been great to us and our dog. They manage to tire her out every visit and deliver her cleaned up.

Frequently Asked Questions About Waggin' Tails Pet Ranch
What does "all-inclusive" boarding mean at your facility?
Our all-inclusive boarding service provides a comprehensive package for your pet's stay. The single nightly rate covers all amenities without additional charges. This includes supervised playtime customized to your pet's energy levels, with swimming options available. Our certified staff ensures your pet receives ample attention and care. We provide premium pet food, though you may bring your own if preferred. We also administer any necessary medications as per your instructions. Our pricing is based on nightly stays rather than daily rates, offering you greater value and flexibility.
Do I need to have my dog evaluated before their stay?
An evaluation is not mandatory prior to boarding. However, we offer new clients a complimentary day of doggie day camp. This opportunity allows your dog to become acquainted with our staff and environment. Please call our office to schedule this free day camp visit.
Do you offer tours of your facility?
We do provide complimentary tours of our pet resort. We welcome the opportunity to show you our facilities and address any questions you may have in person. We offer tours M-F from 10am-4pm. No appointment necessary. We look forward to meeting you and your pet.
What vaccinations do you require?
All pets who enter our facility for any service must be current on our required vaccinations:
Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP, Canine Influenza and Semi-annual Bordtella. Even if your vet does the Bordetella yearly, we require it every 6 months.
Puppies: Puppies must be 2 weeks past their last set of puppy shots, including the Canine Influenza
Cats: Rabies and FVRCP. Feline Leukemia is recommended but not required.

What happens if my pet becomes ill during their boarding stay?
If your pet becomes ill and needs medical attentention, we try and have them seen by your veterinarian. If not possible, we will take them to an emergency vet. Our We treat every pet who boards with us as if they are our own; their care and comfort are our highest priority. We charge a nominal fee per pet, per stay for our guests who qualify* to be covered under our Vet Warranty. What should I bring with my dog for their boarding stay?
You can bring anything that makes them comfortable- toys, bedding, treats, etc. We provide a cot and bedding if needed.
Do not bring: food/water bowls (we have plenty!), rawhides, or anything you would be devasted by if it got damaged or lost.
How do I find out how my dog did during their boarding stay?
Our staff gives report cards for all dogs' first boarding or Daycamp visit. We will also answer any specific questions you have when you pick up. You are also welcome to call our email to check on your dog during their stay.
I'm leaving my dog over a holdiay when you are closed- who will take care of my dog that day?
There are several holidays a year when our office is closed for drop offs and pick ups, but our kennel staff is here 365 days/year, providing excellent care for our boarding pets.
How does your pricing work for Daycamp?
Our Daycamp is $32/day for those who only need an occasional day and want to pay each visit. For our clients whose dogs come frequently or on a regular schedule, we have punchcard packages available. Baths and rinses are an additional charge.
I want to bring my dog to Daycamp on the days I go into the office. How early can I drop off? Do you feed my dog during Daycamp?
We offer Daycamp Monday-Friday. Dogs can be dropped off as early as 7am and picked up as late as 6:30pm. We do not feed dogs during Daycamp for safety reasons.
Do you accept non spayed and non neutered dogs?
Yes, we accept non spayed and non neutered dogs for all services. Waggin’ Tails will do everything possible to get your dog(s) into a playgroup or playgroups but it is our policy to restrict playgroups (NOT playtime) for non-neutered and/or non-spayed dogs. We are very careful how we place dogs into playgroups and safety is our number one concern. While some dogs
play well with non-neutered/non-spayed dogs, many will “bully” or attack the non-neutered/nonspayed pet without any other provocation. Waggin’ Tails staff members are responsible for watching and monitoring multiple playgroups and may choose to play with your dog in a solo situation if there are no safe playgroups available. Please feel free to ask us any questions you have regarding our safety policy. We are committed to providing a safe and fun place for your dog while your family is away.
My female dog is in heat. Can I board her?
For safety reasons, female dogs may not come to Waggin' Tails while in heat or up to 14 days past active heat. We also do not accept pregnant females.
