  We needed some warranty work on our lights and I can't express enough how great the whole team was to work with. They are so quick to respond once I sent over the warranty info to Pentair and Rachel was amazing with the communication of when the guys would be here. Jeff, Bryant, and Don (I hope I am not leaving anyone out) are so professional and answered questions I had; especially since I am a new pool owner. It is so hard to find just good customer service now a days, but this is team is great. If anyone needs work done, please give the call. I promise you, you won't regret it.

  I have a small spa not a large pool so maintenance is simple. They were billing me at least $140 per month usually more and constantly over billing me for tubs of bromine when it takes very little. I would have to call and correct them about it when I caught it. I also realized they were not adding water to the spa if it needed it. It’s usually just a little bit low from splashing. My water hose is right there close to the spa, but they refused to add any water and told me to get my maintenance company to come over and do it. Needless to say I had to cancel using them.

  Incredible experience with this company. New to pool and hot tub owning, I signed up for a “pool school”. Jeff showed me how to operate my pump and filter systems, what chemicals to use to balance the water effectively, proper techniques to continue to keep my pool clean and enjoyable. Wade In The Water has a new customer for life. I only wish I had taken before and after photos for this review!

  They might be a great company. I won't find out. The secretary needs to go back to charm school. 0 Professionalism. Just interested in the bottom line. The tech. Checked the new system. But forgot to check. Water under the unit.to see if it was pool water or condensation Came back a couple of days Later !!! Wanted to charge me for another call out.???

  Than you. A great job done and now my pool needs minimum Maintenence and easy to keep clean with a lot less money. Can’t thank you enough.
