  Awesome store and customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Very friendly staff that are super knowledgeable and lots of inventory to help you find just what it is you need. Locks? They got em! Keys? They got those also! Safes? None safer! Those safes are so safe I lock locked my nephew in one once on accident, I’d say don’t tell his mother but she doesn’t speak to me anymore anyways. Took the fire department 3 1/2 hours to get him out. I order pizza for those brave men and the lady’s at CPS. Child endangerment they said, it was an accident I said. Unfortunately the shop wasn’t able to do a return on the safe after. They don’t return “damaged goods” so I’m out one safe and one nephew. Point being who needs a safe room when you have a safe that can fit a whole person.

  Jed and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They not only replaced my door knobs and dead bolts, they had to find a special sized plate that would fit my old door to replace the old one. They bought parts twice until it worked, they had to shave my door and after they removed the old plate, realized it was hollow behind it, so they filled my door to make it more secure. They also replaced my door strike plates. They had to do a lot of special things for my old doors and I am very happy with their resilience and follow through. They are very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend this company.

  Overpriced and not really that experienced in making the right key. I am very disappointed. Never had a problem with the previous owners Erney Safe and Lock.

  Friendly with great pricing! I needed new fobs programmed. Dealerships said it would be $130-$150 and could take up to 2 hours to complete and I would need to schedule an appointment. Wabash Valley Lock & Key only said to call before I come just to make sure one of the 2 people who can do it were there. It took approximately 5 minutes and it was 1/6 of the price!!!! Everyone was polite and helpful!
