- KAKarim AdenJul 11, 20251.01-Star Review – Wasted $3,400, Problem NOT Fixed – Avoid!** *"If you can take your truck elsewhere, DO IT. I brought my truck here on July 3, 2025, for a 5% derate issue. They diagnosed it as a bad DPF pump and NOx sensor, charged me $3,400 to replace both, and *still* didn’t fix the problem. At the end, they admitted the DEF system might need a full replacement and told me to go to Freightliner instead. Total waste of time and money—this shop either doesn’t know what they’re doing or intentionally misled me. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable dealer (like Freightliner) first.
