  I had someone come out to my house in October for basement remodel and was told it would be 3 weeks for an estimate. I have called several times to check on the estimate and the woman who answered the phone said they were waiting on subs for pricing. I think you need new subs or better communication with customers that you will not be able to write an estimate for their job or simply don't want the work. Frustrating.

  I waned a new kitchen done. Bill came out and was very thorough! He explained all the options and was done in a timely manner. The lady in the office was very nice and pleasant to talk to. They have a fantastic crew. I will be using them for my new deck this fall! Thanks again!

  Dear Bill, I just wanted to send you a little note to tell you and your wonderful employees how happy I am with the bathroom remodel. Everyone did an amazing job. I was kept informed and my wishes were always respected. Considering the busy time of year, I think everything went smoothly and the bathroom looks fantastic.
