  Great service!!! My father passed and left a property for the family. We put it for up for sell and received a contract. During the title search a problem was found from the 1960’s. I new it would be a mess so i asked friends for a recommendation. I called Mr. Gray and talked to him directly. He got right on the research and got back to me immediately with a game plan. I could not be happier with W.D. Gray and Associates!

  I called this company base on a referral that uses this when needed. I decided to call and spoken with a gentle by the name of Gray. He stated he doesn’t really service the Jonesboro area but will give a quote and might be a little higher but I want to be the judge of that when he send the estimate to me via email. I was thinking it shouldn’t take that long to received estimate so so called back and a female assistant answered my call and explained to her I was waiting on and email that would include estimate to have my residential property surveyed. Mr. Gray verified my name and stated he’s been slammed and that he will have estimate sent to me by end of business day and yet to receive my estimate. I will not be using this company where as I’m trying to sell my house and the 5.0 rating is not justifiable. I would think twice about this company whereas they can’t even keep there word.

  They did a great job, came when they said they would, did what they said they would for the price they quoted. Surveying a line can be awkward with neighbors, and the crew had to speak with my nieghbor when I was not present and they handled the situation very professionally. They shot a line through a very wooded lot with ease and I have full confidence in them. Thanks.
