Went to get all new appliances for my new home and Richard Gump (no relation to Forrest) helped me match my Home Depot cart full of appliances and either matched or beat every single price tag. He recommended better brands than what I selected and turned me away from others that didn’t have a good track record. I can’t begin to say enough good things about him and the team of guys that came to install everything. They were professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us on multiple occasions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The folks at Voss are some of the best in this industry in their sales, delivery, installation and customer service. This spring, in a two month span, we had to replace appliances in two separate locations. In one we needed a dishwasher and dryer; and, in the other we needed a washer/dryer stack unit. We worked with Megan, Rick and Matt in the store, for our ordering. Special size needs required extra searching with successful results. All appliances were delivered as promised by the most courteous, kind and professional installers. These folks worked in some challenging situations, especially tight spaces and steps and never flinched. Charlie, Richard, and Rob extend the good name of Voss into your home. We highly recommend Voss for any appliance you may need. We believe you'll be satisfied beyond your expectations!
