  We brought home Lancaster (Rigby) from Vom Faehnrich, and we couldn’t be happier! He’s doing incredibly well—very intelligent, eager to learn, and already showing great potential. Rigby is extremely people-oriented; he loves to be close to us and is developing such a sweet bond with our older female shepherd. The two of them play together beautifully, and he’s learning a lot from her. His temperament is exactly what we hoped for—confident, social, and curious, with just the right amount of drive. He’s adjusting quickly, and we’re so impressed with how well he handles new situations and training sessions. We’re grateful for the care and knowledge Vom Faehnrich puts into their breeding program. Thank you for such a wonderful puppy!

  In June of this year, I brought home my second Vom Faehnrich fur baby. I've raised shepherds my whole life and they were all from quality breeders, but Kathy and Krista have set a new bar. What these puppies have in beauty pales only by comparison to their intelligence, loyalty and confidence. I'm no professional or competition mom, shepherds are my beloved pets, but the newest member of my pack is so exceptional I've finally gotten in on the game. Welcome to my world precious little Volterra Vom Faehnrich. One day your momma just might take your picture with a trophy.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Kathy and Krista at Vom Faehnrich, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience. Their knowledge and expertise regarding German Shepherds are far beyond what I expected; they truly know their breed inside and out. The facilities are outstanding—clean, welcoming, and perfectly designed for the health and well-being of the dogs. You can see how much they care for their animals, and it reflects in the temperament and training of the puppies they raise. The dogs are absolutely amazing, showcasing the best traits of the breed. They have fabulous videos on the website! As a new puppy owner, I particularly appreciated how Kathy and Krista made themselves available to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. Their support reassured me, ensuring that both my new puppy and I had everything we needed to start this journey successfully. It was clear that they are genuinely invested in the well-being of their pups and their new owners. I highly recommend Vom Faehnrich to anyone looking for a well-bred German Shepherd. This experience has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I give them a five-star rating!

  I love my puppy Shadow. He is a gorgeous boy and has a great temperament. He is about 10 weeks old presently and is very friendly with people and other (vaccinated) dogs. He is my constant companion and furever best friend (and I’ve only had him for about 3 weeks). I got to pick between him and one of his brothers. I first picked his brother but Kathy strongly recommended that I take him instead because of his temperament. She said he’d be a great city dog and what I’m looking for in a companion and I think she is right. Highly recommend Vom Faehnrich!
