  Ive been in the heavy equipment business for over 30 years and this specific location has the absolute worst customer service in the business. If i took every gripe ive had with Cat, Cummins, Peterbilt,Freightliner, Kenworth, etc over all my years it still would not hold a candle up to the complete apathy these guys have towards their customers.
