    The African America woman representing Voltaire has very poor customer service skills and the owner should look into how their customer service aspect of their business is handled. I was literally denied service for asking questions. Mass Grown is right across the street (whom I ALWAYS go to, but thought I’d try Voltaire because Mass Grown was closed)who are rated number #1 with stellar customer service skills in my opinion and I’ve been to several. You will NEVER go into MASS GROWN and be disappointed. Knowledgeable associates who greet you with the utmost respect, gratitude and appreciation. After my experience with Voltaire I will NEVER go into another dispensary other than MASS GROWN. As a business owner for the past 20+ years, I really would’ve liked to have give no stars. Customer service is a huge aspect in my business that I take very seriously and other businesses should as well. PS failed to mention that they had no security at 8:45pm. Gee Candles LLC
