  Son unos ladrones fuimos aplicar y nos dieron largas nos hicieron fue perder el tiempo y el deposito de 300 qué piden no me lo querían regresar es horrible ese lugar

  I lived here for over a year and it was the worst experience I ever had at a complex. from the first week, the apartment was infested with roaches and after begging for months, the best I ever got was a single spray and the management was beyond rude with every interaction, going so far as to push you out the door and constantly act like everything was your fault or our of their hands. On top of this, the apartment complex is covered in dog poop and trash and extremely unsafe. Constant screaming and fighting from neighbors at all hours of the day and night. Police constantly having to be called. I wouldn't recommend this complex to my worst enemy and even after this experience, they try to charge you for damages to the apartment that where there before you even moved in.

  This place is bad shootings every weekend, people driving there vehicles into ditches and apartments . Fights are a routine daily thing …. I wouldn’t suggest anyone moving here … This place is so bad these apartments were REJECTED SECURITY so if you decide to move here COME AT YOUR OWN RISK AND BY ALL MEANS TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS !!!

  Reilly is a breath of fresh air, positive changes all around. She takes pride in Viva and it is showing. Leslie always has a smile on her face and is very helpful.
