Can you imagine they’re using gloves to do Reflexology? I don’t even think they understand the definition of Reflexology nor did they go to school or understand the concept of how to do Reflexology. She kept scratching me! even pinching me. I can’t believe it. They even pulled my hair because she was leaning on me to do something it’s crazy! They didn’t even know how to massage they were just like rubbing me caressing me. What is that! They were talking in their own native language over me so rude. It’s supposed to be relaxing for me to become and they are talking and laughing over me. It was so rude. The behaviour was unbelievable. I am so upset that my daughter took me there for my birthday and paid money, plus tips! I would never encourage anyone to ever go here.
