Although Dr. Nguyen is a 5 star optometrist the front desk staff and specifically the manager are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I just had a full exam two weeks ago but came back in to tweak a recurring problem and they insisted that I had to go through a "full exam" (so they could bill the insurance company) and just charge me $39 when I repeatedly offered to pay cash so I could just get back to Dr. Nguyen. They refused...I went through full exam got to Dr. Nguyen to answer my one question. She was fantastic. They then get to scam the insurance company by billing the office visit a second time. There is so much more to this story but don't want to sound like a crazy person. Would NEVER go back. Unfortunately my wife also uses them and loves Dr. Nguyen. We shall see.
