  One of the best private optical practices in Vegas. The staff is incredible and the benefits they provide to their patients is top tier. They have some of the best brands available to choose from in eyewear and I highly recommend this wonderful experience.

  I have been a patient for Dr. Morrison for years but the office manager is totally rude and disrespectful. She call me early in the morning at 8:00am to remind me of a next day appointment. I explained to her that I receive business calls after 9 am and this woman argued with me and told me next time she won’t bother me with an appointment reminder. I immediately cancelled the appointment because I didn’t want to deal with this woman mental illness. One month later I call the office to schedule a new appointment and the same office manager refuses to schedule me an appointment and she decided to put me on a call waiting list because of my cancellation. I asked to speak to Dr. Morrison and she refused me and said he was in a meeting with a patient and hung up the phone call. I’m filing a grievance report to Medicaid on Dr. Morrison staff and his Administration. This office manager she not be working in a health care environment and involving the mistreatment of patients.

  As a first time client I was very impressed with how the office staff worked so well together. They were very professional. I have nothing but pleasent things to say about the office. The only issue is the small waiting area. That is a very minor concern. My eye exams were very thorough and not as uncomfortable as I had anticipated. I do like a business that is multi lingual. Yes I recommend this business for eye care needs. Yes I will be telling friends and family and yes I shall return when I need too. ❤️

  Making an Appoint was easy. Filling out online intake forms easy. Being greeted at the door because you have to knock to enter hmmm. I understand Covid protocols but our State has lifted them. They should tell patients prior to making the Appt. Only the patient is allowed inside so your companion is not outside in 100 degree weather. They should also tell you Appt. do not matter because you end up waiting on their time at least and hour to two..They are rude and have NO consideration of guest services or time management.Appointment at 215pm and it's 335pm....Awesome Job!
