The instructors here are excellent, truly skilled, dedicated, and patient. Special recognition goes to Master Haynes and Mrs Boyer, who stand out as exceptional professionals: they care deeply about the students, teach with passion, and deserve far better working conditions.
Unfortunately, everything beyond their efforts is overshadowed by serious organizational failures.
Parking is a constant nightmare: overcrowded, congested, with no effective traffic management. Inside, the training floor is packed far beyond capacity, yet enrollment continues to grow.
We enrolled our child in the Leadership Program, paying a significant extra fee for promises of smaller groups, more individual attention, stronger discipline, and a higher level of structure. What we actually found was the exact opposite.
While waiting their turn, kids yell across the room, parents have loud phone conversations or chat with each other — setting a poor example for discipline and staff make little effort to control the noise. Classes start late, and to make up time, older groups have their sessions cut short.
From all sides, this is not an environment where children develop discipline. The overall atmosphere is chaotic, noisy, and lacking structure. If you are looking for a place to build focus, discipline, and respect in your child, this is not it. The instructors are doing their best, but the lack of organization undermines everything they try to achieve.
