  We can’t say enough about Rick! Rick was always available and worked around our schedule for appointments and showings. No question was not answered and he always kept in touch with us. Buying our house was so easy and not stressful at all - Rick also sold our house for us a few years back and that was just as great! Do yourself a favor and call him !

  Rick Visca did a fabulous job in presenting my home in the most appealing manner. He is so very knowledgeable about the market place and was able to attract many potential buyers.   I highly recommend Rick Visca as Realtor Rick was my choice as realtor based solely On his apparent ability to sell homes in my neighborhood at a price, I felt appropriate. My instinct paid off. He was great to work with and explained his strategy in a way that inspired my trust in his judgment. This was very important to me since most of the process took place while I was on vacation in Maine. Great job Rick thanks.

  Before listing , Rick was socially connected in his approach to selling the property. He already had multiple people engaged and asking questions due to his connections. During the sale he was informative and accessible, willing to answer whatever questions we had about the sale. His advice was spot on! Rick was professional, made the entire process easy.   Rick has been nothing short of remarkable in our search for housing. We are out-of-state buyers that are moving on short notice and Rick has been incredible with our housing search --touring for us, accommodating the time change to view houses, coordinating our schedule around a newborn baby, and providing us with advice on neighborhoods. He worked with us on our final walk-through to meticulously inspect our house and find plumbing errors and then fought to have us compensated for them prior to closing. Rick has provided excellent recommendations for insurance providers, loan officers, and contractors to help with changes we will need for us to move in. He worked to schedule craftsmen to do repairs while we were away so that our house would be ready for us to move with our newborn. I cannot recommend him enough and am excited about the prospect of working with him again in the future.
