  I bought my first compound bow this Spring. Previously shot a crossbow. Kayla, the bow tech helped me choose the right bow at a price I was comfortable with. She has been spot on from day one and continues to offer guidance related to set up, maintenance, arrow purchases and technical adjustments. The excellent customer service and friendly attitude from all the store employees makes the hour drive worth it. Give VA Outdoors a shot. You will not be disappointed.

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO THE BASICS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND. I have attempted to discuss with this store via phone about special ordering a Browning 33 MP Blackout safe since they are the closest Browning dealer in my area and they are still 50 miles away. It started about 4 weeks ago where I called and could not get in contact with anyone for a few hours. I eventually got in contact with a nice woman who informed me that I had to talk to Chris in sales for safes but she informed that he was away at lunch and advised I call back and said she would give my information to him so I could be called back. Never heard back. I called back the next day during my lunch break and Chris was there but he was busy. I provided the model number for the safe from browning’s website and I gave them my E-mail to send me a quote when they could and was told they would do so. Spoiler Alert: never heard back. I then had to take care of some business and dropped this shenanigans for the time being until today. I just called again and asked to talk to Chris and of course he is not there. when I asked if the person I was speaking to can help with special ordering a safe he said “Chris can”. At this point I may just have to deal directly with Browning and have them ship to this dealer for me to pickup cause this is absolutely ridiculous.
