  The person I spoke with didn't seem to agree with me on what I wanted for my insurance. I don't need to be educated I just want a good price. When I received the quote it wasn't what asked for and they mentioned things that I didn't ask for. I expected a more professional response

  I HIGHLY recommend John for all your insurance needs. He is very responsive and always has the best interest of his clients in mind. The policies he set us up with were far superior to our previous policies.

  I would recommend John James at Erie insurance to any of my fellow friends and family. I have been with the company for over 20 years and they have never let me down whatsoever with myself and with my family, they have always been there and always been on point and never miss lead me with any issues dealing with vehicles, billing or any of the above. If they had more than a five star rating I’d give them 10 stars to thumbs up and I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. And John James is very professional more than I can speak , Say about any other insurance company that I have dealt with in my younger days. I’ll back them 100% plus with this message to the public and to my family and friends. Sincerely William Arnold.
