  I recently booked a trip to Secrets Akumal through VIP Vacations, and the entire experience was amazing! Our travel agent, Alison, was incredible—so helpful, responsive, and really took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. She made the planning process completely stress-free, and the resort she recommended was absolutely beautiful. Secrets Akumal was everything we hoped for—luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable. I highly recommend VIP Vacations and especially Alison if you're planning a trip. I’ll definitely be using them again for my next getaway!

  We had such a great experience working with Alison D. to book our European vacation. We have been on 2 international trips booked with VIP and both time worked out seamlessly. Communication was amazing, we worked completely over email. She booked transportation, flights, excursions, rental cars, hotels, the works! Doing everything over email helped to fit planning into our schedule. Thank you VIP for another wonderful vacation!

  I cannot thank VIP Vacations enough for their help when it came to arranging a hotel room block for my wedding in Cabo, Mexico. I initially stated the journey with Emily Bertsch, who sent me quotes for different hotels in the area. We chose the Hard Rock and WOW! What an amazing recommendation. Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Once we made our choice, we primarily worked with Ryan Doncsecz. Ryan is a SAINT. He is extremely professional, patient, organized. He helped all of my guests book their room, submit payments, and arranged transportation. Ryan made this process so easy and seamless. I never had to worry. If I needed Ryan to follow up on something for me, he took care of it right away. We had a large group of almost 40 rooms. When we finally got to Cabo, we followed his clear instructions to find our transportation. We had no issues checking in to our rooms. This was one big stressor I knew I didn’t have to worry about. Thank you VIP Vacations for making my wedding planning experience so amazing! The wedding was off site, but the rest of these photos were taken at the Hard Rock!

  Elizabeth Moran at VIP Vacations is truly amazing! She has now planned two incredible trips for us, our most recent a birthday getaway to Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall, and our trip last year to Sandals South Coast, which was also unforgettable. Both vacations were seamless, relaxing, and filled with special touches that made all the difference. Elizabeth is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure every detail is perfect. For our most recent trip, she handled everything from flights to resort coordination, and even surprised me with a birthday card and bottle of wine at the resort, such a thoughtful gesture! We’re already in the works of planning future trips with her, and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your vacation stress-free and memorable, we can’t recommend Elizabeth and VIP Vacations enough!
