  Sean was easy to deal with right from the first phone call. Wade our driver was excellent, he was very kind and very helpful throughout the day. VIP made our daughters wedding a success. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend them. Perry. B

  Planned for a limo to Morgan Wallen- gave approx time to pick up 11-1130pm to take us back to Stony Plain from the Stadium. Driver texted at 10:50pm that he was parked in same spot he dropped us off at- 11:01pm texted telling us to hurry as he had another pick up and he would have to leave. We walked up and down the road and he was no where in sight. I called him and he told me he was in fact at the same spot and I was lying and was not outside waiting for him and was “buying time” pretending we couldn’t find him. I assured him we were all looking for him and he was not in the same spot at all/ texted me at 11:11pm to say sorry he had to leave and if I wanted he could refund half the money and we have to be find our own ride back to stony plain- I argued with him and advised he had our purses in the limo along with our money and he said he would drive back and give us our things but could not take us. When he arrived finally we argued with him and thankfully we had a man with us to tell him in fact he was going to drive us home as we paid and planned for this and was not late at all from the 11-1130pm time. Eventually he let us in and drove us back. Not to mention the limo was late picking us up in the day, AC was not working, made a pit stop to fill up and get snacks and ice- which should have been done prior to picking up customers, “just married” was still on the back window and wedding flowers still in the limo- clearly not cleaned prior to a new customer. The stereo was nothing but loud booming base and he did not know how to fix it and turn the base down or off. All in all worst service I have ever had. Not worth the stress at all this company and driver caused all of us. DO NOT recommend.

  We Used VIP on the weekend, and absolutely would use again. Right from the call for pricing to her husband picking up the girls, and they said he was awesome( He was Great, Morris not so much).. If you are thinking of using a limo we used 2 companies that day and 100% VIP knocked it out of the park.( Wadah you are owed a tip, I wasn't part of that part sorry)do not hesitate to give them a call,
