  We have heard so many complaints from the elderly residents at Vintage at Sequim. They have complained about the living conditions and management at this apartment building. All of this has has gotten worse over the past year due to an incompetent manager, who bullies tenants and does nothing to be a "community manager" as her title states. She spends more time out on the street smoking than doing anything for the residents. And anyone who complains is punished by her. FPI was taken over by Asset Living but the residents say they don't know how anything will be different unless this manager is removed. Maybe the voices of the concerned Sequim community will be paid attention to by the new management company.

  Nice quiet section where I am. Bottom floor hallway carpets are getting pretty bad - wonder if you’ve considered replacing with laminate. My biggest complaint tho is I can’t believe that it’s almost 2026 and we have no way to recycle here.

  We created a work order for the drain at the kitchen sink in our apt. Bob went to June’s office first and she was not there. Bob went to Mindy’s office to give her our work order. She said someone will be at your apartment shortly. Joe, one of the maintenance guys (who is fairly new at our property) came to help us out with the clogged drain. Joe went right to with his analytical skills and following the process of the clogged drain. He said the drain needs to be snaked. He said I will be right back. He was back in a flash with the snake. Wow I said Vintage has a new tool and this is a cost saving for the company. Time is money and money is time. From the beginning to the end of the work order was 1 hour as Joe worked very hard to get the drain unclogged. We were amazed at his timely fashion and knowledge of this job being done in 1 hour. Prior to Mindy and her Team we are not used to Quality Customer Service with a smile and proficient quality work. We look forward to a Better Community under Mindy Mady’s leadership at Vintage with a 5* rating. If we could give a 10* rating we would do this. Sincerely Claire Hart Robert Brewer

  Our move in was great. We had a little challenge with the availability of carts for hauling our belongings up to our apartment. The director was very helpful and maintenance repaired the one item that wasn't completed before we moved in. The apartment was clean and very attractive with new paint and flooring.
