My husband and I have been with State Farm since 1983. In 2025, major changes occurred with the passing of Dan's brother in February, and Dan immediately became the sole owner of his family's estate. He did not have a will and we have been in Probate since his passing. Mary has been there for both of us every step of the way. She shows empathy and gives support regarding all of the changes and is always there to answer questions. She immediately reaches out to us and follows up immediately and walks us every step of the way. She reached out to us when we changed our banking accounts. She expresses to both of us with her concern for both of our physical and emotional well being. I enjoy our conversations about family and grandchildren. I personally would not have managed all of the simultaneous changes we have gone through. Thank you Mary!

I wanted to thank Mary Woods for her excellent customer service. She is very knowledgeable very efficient and is employed by a top-notch insurance company State Farm. I needed some insurance cards right away and she was on it. She got them mailed out promptly and also accommodated me by emailing me copies.
