  We hired Tom Rodriguez to provide legal assistance to obtain a financial conservatorship to protect the assets of a sibling. It was a difficult, contentious situation and Tom’s expertise and calm approach made the process as easy as it could have been under the circumstances. I highly recommend him and his firm.

  I worked with Tom Rodriguez to handle a very complicated and sticky trust situation. Since I live in Kansas and he in Colorado, I never had the opportunity to meet him in person but would highly recommend him! He was responsive, knowledgeable and could explain legal issues in a way that the average person could easily comprehend, was patient and understanding and extremely professional. I don’t think I could have selected a better attorney!

  My wife and I wanted to protect real estate in order to provide long term housing for our adult children after we're long gone. One is on Disability and the other one has serious problems with seizures and may ultimately be on Disability as well. There are all sorts of Estate Planning attorneys out there but we were fortunate enough to be referred to Rick Romeo at Vincent, Romeo & Rodriguez, LLC. We've never had a prior need for an attorney but this experience has been unbelievable. Rick has been everything we could have wished for. He is down to earth, compassionate, articulate, and listens.
