Customer is financially set but leadership would not allow the payout of the entire lease (15 months), meaning no risk, income is all 100% guaranteed. again meaning no risk, Leadership has no grounds to deny but for unsubstantiated grounds. unprofessional to say the least. go elsewhere to rent. Senior leadership i the issue because Mrs. Bellofanti is great.
