- BDBailey DelgadoAug 22, 20253.0Love the location,and the neighbors we have. Apartment a little dated and needs a fresh coat of white paint and the walls sanded. There are multiple door frames that have damage again from previous tenets. We have had water leaks FIXED. It seems the people that lived in the unit before us did not care. The apartment smelled horribly of smoke as well. So I feel these things should have been fixed after the apartment inspected upon previous tenet moving out. However the apartment fixed the water leaks and were very nice and helpful. Love them for that. We two of the doors won’t close because door frame looks to have been painted over so many times that it is too thick now. That’s no big deal not even asking them to fix as those two things don’t really matter. But my problem with the place is we have a German roach infestation!!!! I saw another roach with an egg sack this morning!! We are very clean people no trash no dishes left after a meal. So that means they are coming from neighbors so there is NOtHING we can even do to get rid of the infestation. It’s a horrible and frustrating situation to be in. I wish the complex would fog and treat all apartment buildings on a regular basis. But I don’t think they even can.

The apartments are very nice and well maintained, extremely clean both inside and out. The grounds are beautiful, with regular landscaping being done at least every 2 weeks or so. All around very quiet, well lit, and luxurious apartment complex. Would highly recommend anyone looking for apartments to stop here. Sierra, Hunter, and everyone on the management team, as well as the Maintenance team are all extremely nice and heartwarming. They actually care, and love getting to know you, I wish them all the best!

Management is on top of communication, maintenance is easy, the place is well maintained and I am happy to be here! Thank you Hunter for finding the perfect home for me and my family!
