Devonte Williams, from the moment we took our first tour to present day, he has been very supportive, compassionate, and HONEST [which doesn't happen to be thing here, UNFORTUNATELY]. Devonte is the only one here that will be truthful and will ALWAYS try his best to accomodate to my household. He goes up and beyond always. Devonte is the only person I will recommend anyone to take a tour with and come to with any unit problems and questions. Devonte thank you truly for all that you do!! The Villages of Cypress Creek take a moment and appreciate Devonte.
- HBHarold ByrdAug 25, 20252.0Been a week since I submitted a request for a swell in ceiling in master bathroom that have now been leaking for the 6 days call office numerous times and up to this day maintenance still haven’t arrived 08/25/25 But if your one day after the 4th they quick to apply that 200 late fee . Plz do better this is ridiculous for the amount is being paid Thank you feel free to contact me

- AAAiryonaAug 7, 20251.0Living here will be the biggest waste of money you’ve ever spent!! One; you will be paying for “amenities” that you don’t even have access to. The pool has a literal lock on it, the gym is only open during office hours now, which if you work like any regular person, you’ll probably never step a foot in there. Two; almost everyone in the office started in May of 2025 so they are basically clueless. Maria is rude and condescending. Donte doesn’t seem to know anything. They don’t communicate with each other so everytime you call, no one knows what you are talking about. The only person who seems to help at all is Blair. Maintenance sucks. Lived there for 15 months with an unusable dishwasher that smelled like sewage and after multiple requests, was told to just put bleach in it everytime it smelled. Three; when you finally come to your senses and move, they will charge you fees that you should not be paying. Move out fees should be prorated but they charge your for the entire month and act as if they can not change or revise it. I was charged twice for asset protection and full month, package, amenity and valet trash (only there for 3 days of the month) and apparently there’s nothing they can do about it, they claim. A fellow neighbor stated this is a regular occurrence with people leaving. Four; safety is non existant. The cameras are just for show. The gate is always open. And my car got stolen from this property so live here at your own risk. Oh and parking sucks. If you get home late be ready to park in the back of the apartments. Would definitely NOT recommend.
