  I love publix! Cashier, Felicia ruined this one for me. I had 11 items, putting my stuff up to be scanned, a gentleman came up with only a couple of things, I told him to go ahead of me, told the cashier to ring him up first. Ignoring me, she started ringing my stuff up, telling the gentleman how sorry she is, that some people can't read, how this was 10 or less items. He went to self checkout right beside us. Felicia continued to talk to him about my being rude. I paid, went to my car. Then decided I was not, nor did I deserve to be treated that way. Took receipt, went to customer service, explained what happened, I got, I'm sorry. I stopped by Felicia's register told her I had 11 and did not deserve to be treated the way she did. I will not shop at this store again.
