  🌟 Amazing Place to Live! 🌟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been living at Village Walk and it’s honestly been a great experience. The community is quiet, clean, and really well maintained. The amenities are excellent, and the staff is always friendly and professional. You can tell they truly care about keeping the property in top shape. I want to give special recognition to Omar Santiago from maintenance — he’s been incredible! Omar is always quick to respond, super efficient, and goes above and beyond every single time. He’s friendly, professional, and makes sure every repair is done perfectly. His customer service and positive attitude really make living here even better. Overall, I couldn’t be happier at Village Walk. Great staff, great service, and a beautiful place to live. Highly recommend!

  Living at Village Walk has been an excellent experience. It’s a truly charming community with outstanding amenities and beautifully maintained facilities. The entire property has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes it a wonderful place to call home. The office team is always friendly, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to assist residents. I especially want to highlight the maintenance staff, who are absolutely amazing—prompt, efficient, and always willing to help whenever something needs attention or an emergency arises. A special thank you to Omar Santiago, the maintenance supervisor, for his professionalism, dedication, and strong work ethic. He and his team truly care about the residents and take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition.   Village Walk in Jacksonville, Florida has been an excellent place to live. After 25 years of living in different communities around the area, this one truly stands out. Its location is unbeatable—close to IKEA, St. Johns Town Center, I-295, and JTB/202. The grounds are always well-kept, and the staff—especially Omar—is professional, friendly, and quick to help with any requests. What really makes Village Walk special is its strong sense of community. The neighbors are welcoming, and the layout creates a true neighborhood feel that’s rare in apartment living. I highly recommend Village Walk to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home in Jacksonville.

  I just want to take a moment to recognize Omar! he’s truly an amazing maintenance supervisor and leader. He’s professional, dependable, and always willing to help no matter how busy he is. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the property and the people who live here. Omar is trustworthy, respectful, and makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. The whole maintenance team does a great job, but Omar’s leadership really stands out. The property always looks great, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work.

  I went to Village Walk apartments on a whim Saturday and Genesis set me up with the self guided tour. I fell in love with apartment complex and I have started the application process. Genesis called me Monday and left a VM. I called her back and she called me by my name the moment she answered. I was able to come back to tour more of the property with her just before closing. She is so helpful, so pleasant and happy. She truly loves her job and the complex. I asked a lot of off the wall questions and it didn't deter her a bit. Even If I don't get approved this go around, I will keep trying:). Thank you Genesis for making my day a little more pleasant.
