Heard great things about Village Plumbing, Air & Electric but have not received the good customer service that everyone has described. I booked an appointment a week prior only to have my appointment canceled the day of (half-way through the day) after making arrangements to be home. No respect for my own time and it was portrayed as a normal occurrence. I'm not going to sit around all day for this to happen again to me in the future.
Do not recommend.
I was told 4 days before my appointment with Village that the AC technician will arrive at my home between the hour of 1-6pm. Only the plumber arrive
The AC technician did not arrive at the time the company said they would. They called at 4:45pm and said the AC technician was on the way but he didn't show up. Your word is your bond. If something else occurred that day the company should have called me and said that he wasn't coming to my home but they never did. It is 7:38 pm 10/14/25 and no one from village AC services came by yet! I am not pleased with the service and I am breaking the contract and going to another AC services. Don't tell me you are coming by my home to service my AC unit and don't show!
We highly recommend village plumbers and AC! They responded with help on the way within 30 minutes of our urgent call regarding our sewage backup. Cesar came to roto the pipes to give immediate relief. Jose followed up with camera and equipment. He assessed the situation and explained clearly what was needed, stages and timing in the repair process, and pricing. Jose, a master plumber, and the crews were hard workers and performed the repair work with top quality and in an orderly and timely manner. Throughout the project Jose was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and kept us informed as to the status in progress through the completion of the project. Our plumbing works great and we are very pleased with the end result…including restoring the yard!
Unfortunately this place will try to scam you. After my AC stopped working, I had this company come out. A tech named Rosavelt Duffie came out and looked at my system for a short while. He said the compressor needed to be replaced and it would cost $8k to even get the AC running again. I told him I’d have to think about it and he looked visibly frustrated while leaving after I didn’t just immediately agree to paying him a huge sum of money. Of course I had a different company come out the next day to get a second opinion. They said the compressor is completely fine and got the AC up and running for $150. They said even if they had to replace it- those things are around $600 and there’s no way anyone’s labor is worth the other $7,400 he was asking for. I was so scared I was actually going to have to sell my home because I just can’t afford such expensive repairs right now. It’s a shame there are people like this who lie and try to take advantage of others, not knowing the potential impact their dishonesty would have. I’m so disappointed in this company and will never use it again.

I had a very frustrating experience with Village Plumbing and AC. The first tech told me my evaporator coil was not under warranty. I had to pull out my warranty paperwork and push the issue. It wasn’t until a second Village tech arrived to assist the first and I called Lennox together that it was finally confirmed that the part was under warranty.
Even after that, Village quoted me $4,500 to replace the coil UNDER WARRANTY. I ended up finding another company who did the exact same job for $1,400.
I don’t mind companies making a profit, but misrepresenting a warranty and then quoting more than three times the fair price is unacceptable. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before considering them. And better yet save yourself the $70 “service charge” just to get an outrageous quote.
