  Ordered the ace. And this is the 4th time in a row they don’t put bacon on it. 2 of the 4 had NO bacon or cheese. I don’t understand how they keep messing this up. The ace burger is a bacon cheeseburger. It’s not that hard. Idk why I kept trying when they constantly mess up

  BUGS IN MY MEAL! RUN AWAY!! NOT SAFE! Village Idiot in Patchogue delivered one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have encountered in recent memory. Upon opening my takeout order, I was met with the unmistakable presence of a fly resting on my food. This was not a case of poor seasoning or presentation but a clear lapse in basic hygiene. The discovery raises serious questions about food safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen. When I contacted the restaurant, the response was dismissive and devoid of concern or accountability (no manager on site). Dining establishments bear a fundamental responsibility to ensure that what leaves their kitchen is safe to consume. In this instance, Village Idiot failed completely. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative restaurants in Patchogue where food integrity and customer care are taken seriously.
