  Village homes made buying a new home easy and efficient. From picking out my home to help with financing, Greg and the rest of the folks at Village homes made the process easy. They were available for any questions or concerns I had. I would, and have recommended them to anyone interested in an affordable way to own a home.

  I have been dealing with Village Homes for the past few years to come up with the perfect home for my family. Steve was exceptional and patient going over numerous manufactured homes with me and would take any phone calls I made and explain and answer the million questions I had. After the purchase of my home, Greg was excellent to communicate with and kept me informed with dates and work being done. I didn’t officially meet any of his team that helped put my home together once on my property, but they did a great job. Once everything was complete, Greg explained everything thoroughly during our walkthrough and continues to answer questions I have for him. Everyone at Village Homes are pleasant to deal with and want what’s best for their customers. You won’t be disappointed by choosing them for your home.

  Even though we did not end up purchasing a manufactured home, from village homes the process that we had gone through was nothing but professional... Unfortunately my son and daughter-in-law decided to pivot in another direction... But the sales associate Steve was extremely professional... I would highly recommend this place to anybody that is looking for equality manufactured home...

  I bought my new home from Village Homes. Jason helped me through the process from choosing the right home for my budget and needs, to the right financial institution and assistance program to make my dream come true. I was able to choose my colors and even add a few options to make life a little easier. Greg did the Walk-Thru with me. He was very thorough and informative regarding the care needed for my home and where things were located in it. I love the quality of my new home and look forward to sharing it with my family and friends for many years to come. Village Homes gets an A+ from me.

  These guys have a great setup. Some Beautiful, unusual larger sized, High Quality Homes and go out of their way to help you. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Well worth the trip. Sheila
