Lot rent is reflective of the wonderful peaceful and welcoming environment, and the well-maintained holmes. There are three club houses in this 200-acre community; this means three pools, three hot tubs, and an array of indoor activities. As a "newbie", I am really looking forward to the craft room and the sauna room.

On the negative side, you have pricey lot fees that keep going up, and are not in line with cost of living. Past management not so good. January 2018 under new local management, but still overall run by ELS... driven by profit over tenant satisfaction. Google Equity LifeStyle Properties or ELS complaints.
